5. Once all your options have been chosen, click on the button. This will return you to the
Report Options window (see Figure 7-4 on page 4 of this section).
6. Click on the button. The report window appears (see Figure 7-6 on page 7 of this section).
Use the scroll bars to review information within the report.
NOTE: If you need to change the orientation between portrait or landscape, click on the button on
the top tool bar. Select the orientation needed and click on the button. The button will not
appear on the top tool bar if you have not selected it in the Window Style Options as shown on Figure 7-
5 on page 6 of this section.

7. Click on the button at the completion of the report generation.
